1. Coin Purchases Are Final

Coins represent prepaid credits that can be redeemed for boost campaigns inside the 100Viral dashboard. Because campaigns often begin immediately after approval, all coin purchases are non-refundable.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway error.
  • Coins deducted for a campaign that our team ultimately rejects.
  • Technical issues on our side that prevent coins from being credited.

3. How to Request a Review

Contact luckykandpal091@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include the Razorpay payment ID, the order ID shown in your dashboard, and a brief summary of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Eligible refund investigations are completed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Coins already redeemed for a completed or active campaign.
  • Requests submitted without payment evidence.
  • Any attempt to misuse the platform for fake engagement or policy violations.
