2. Services

100Viral provides a platform to promote your YouTube videos via real YouTube Ads. Our services include:

  • Connecting your YouTube channel through Google Sign-In with read-only YouTube OAuth.
  • Managing ad campaigns to increase views, reach, and engagement.
  • Processing payments securely via Razorpay, storing transaction details in Cloud Firestore.

Note: We do not guarantee specific results. All ad campaigns depend on audience targeting, budgets, and external factors.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during sign-up and campaign creation.
  • Maintain the security of your Google account credentials.
  • Comply with YouTube policies, including content and ad guidelines.
  • Avoid using the service for illegal, harmful, or spammy campaigns.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay.
  • You authorize 100Viral to charge your account for selected campaigns.
  • All payments are final. Refunds are not available once coins are purchased.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

100Viral reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or YouTube policies.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
  • Cause legal or security risks to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100Viral is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Campaign performance or results.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and software of 100Viral are our property.
  • You retain rights to your YouTube content and data.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform or materials without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of 100Viral is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.
